Neurodegenerative
Ichor's team has a long history of conducting Alzheimer's disease clinical trials, ranging from prodromal AD studies through all disease stages including agitation, and end of life programs. Our site has a unique model for Assisted living and memory care residential studies.

Substance Use Disorders
Ichor's PI has been the medical director of three detox and rehabilitation facilities. Our community engagement and operational processes have created a pathway to enroll and support various substance use disorder studies.
Hepatic
Ichor conducts hepatic studies including MASLD, MASH and ALD. Our site has MRI-PDFF, CT-1, liver biopsy, and on-site Fibroscan capabilities locally to conduct even the most complex programs.
Radiopharmaceutical
Ichor has deep experience enrolling investigational radiopharmaceutical studies, primarily for PET ligands. With a partnered radiology facility, our clinical trial team can conduct phase 1 through 3 trials for ligands applicable to multiple diseases.

Device
With expertise in non-significant risk medical devices, our team and partners have supported the entire pathway for device testing from study strategy, and protocol development through clinical study execution.
Psychiatric
With a board-certified psychiatrist investigator, our team can support on-site ratings, and recruitment via our partnered community clinics specializing in MDD and TRD, with physicians experienced in ketamine and TMS.

Our team also has experience in Schedule 1 clinical trials and DEA interactions for speedy start-up.​
Metabolic
Enrolling patients with and without diabetes, our team has conducted studies focused on various metabolic conditions including obesity, with a board-certified endocrinologist to support as our expert sub-investigator.
GLP-1
Ichor has conducted clinical trials with GLP-1s for various conditions, including obesity, substance use disorders, hepatic conditions and more. Ichor has local registered dieticians and clinical raters to support consistent and reliable outcome measurement regardless of the therapeutic indication.
End-of-life (histopathology/autopsy)
Ichor has multiple locations and staff to complete organ collection for clinical studies. Typically a high enroller in these programs, our site supports the full cycle of donation, from consent with family and participant prior to passing, to conducting the complete autopsy and organ collection procedures.
